Return Eligibility & Period:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receipt. If the return period is exceeded, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
- Products labeled as 'final sale' are not eligible for return.
- Returns should be sent to the following address: Anqiu Weifang, 250000 Shandong, China. Ensure that the original order number is included in the package. Failure to do so may significantly delay the refund process.
- For color or size exchanges, please return the initial order and place a new one.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All returned items must be in their original condition with all tags attached, free of any damage or stains.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge up to a 15% restocking fee for items that do not meet these criteria.
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the returned goods. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
- Refunds cover the cost of the products only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We do not cover any international taxes and handling fees incurred during the receipt of the product.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. If another form of refund is required, please contact customer service.
